Automatic IC Card Milling MachineYC-ICM
Automatic IC Card Milling Machine YC-ICM is used for milling the grooves on the standard card carrier, which can meet the demand of embedding various chips. The machine consists of card transporter, clamping apparatus, milling head, dust cleaner and card stacker, it is controlled by PLC and the operator can change the parameters through the touch screen.
Controlled by highly precise servo-system, it is automatically located with micron electronic ruler and the material is obtained without static electricity on it.
The conveyor belt transports the card with micron precision in card stopping and locating. The size of the milled groove can be automatically examined and fed back with the realization of automatic error correction.
Automatically polishing and removing burrs after milling grooves and close dust removing is done together with milling grooves. The dust and scraps on the upper and lower location surfaces is cleaned out against adhesion. Ensure the temperature stable with the cooling of circulating water. |
